Blogging from A-Z Challenge-April 2012

I've been wanting to get back to writing my blog for quite some time now.  I know I left it quite abruptly after my post about Tunisia's Independence Day.  At that time I was considering my own independence-from the job that brought me to Tunisia.  Ultimately I decided the organization was not a good fit for me and I decided to return home in February 2012.  Luckily I was able to quickly find a job teaching English to refugees here in the 'Burgh.  I love my job now and I'm so glad that I made the decision to come back!

So, all that has happened.  But I wasn't able to write about it.  And then...sometimes when you stop writing for a while, it's hard to come back.  But I'm determined now to start again!  My friend Brian, at Pilgrim Without a Shrine, posted about taking the A-Z Challenge for April 2012 and I thought that might be a good way to jump back into blogging again.  So I'm in!  In honor of the challenge, I've started re-vamping the blog, so be sure to check out the changes as the month-and the alphabet-progress.

Want to join me in my blogging challenge?  Want to see who else is crazy enough to commit to writing (almost!) every day for a month?  Check out the list here!  (I'm #1490)  You can sign up until April 2nd.
